There were a few instances at the end of last week where duplicate MLS numbers were coming through the Regional MLS system of West Palm Beach, FL. On the surface, this doesn't seem too big of an issue but it can cause havoc on web sites that run on Regional IDX.
MLS numbers are unique numbers identifying properties from one another. Obviously, if there are two numbers, this is going to cause an issue. Regional IDX corrected the issue on all hosted web sites and notified Regional MLS personnel of the issue.
